Xaurum Fintech Private Limited ("we", "us") may process your mobile number, one-time codes (OTPs), password and other account-security records; your name and, if you give them, your email, company name and gender; the cities and metals you choose, your watchlists, hidden products and alert settings; your approximate location when you use Near me; device information and logs; feedback and support requests, including voice notes you choose to send and the product and price a report is about; the dealer websites you open from orob; and, if you link a web browser, that browser's type, IP address and country.
We use this information to authenticate accounts; show prices for the cities, metals and dealers you choose; provide watchlists; send the market notifications you switch on (market open, daily summary, customs update); show cities near you when you use Near me; handle feedback and respond to requests; understand which features and dealers are used; improve reliability; prevent misuse; send service messages; and comply with law.
We do not share your mobile number with a dealer just because you sign up or view a listing. If you choose to open a dealer's website from orob, or give your information to a dealer, that dealer's privacy policy applies.
Service providers may process information for hosting, databases, authentication, sending one-time codes (OTPs) by WhatsApp, notifications, security, analytics, support, and backups. They include Google Firebase (analytics, crash reports and notifications), Meta (WhatsApp codes), Cloudflare (network, security and voice-note storage), Amazon Web Services (servers) and Supabase (databases). Some may process information outside India.
To fix app problems, orob sends crash reports with stack traces and device state to Google Firebase Crashlytics. Reports use only a Firebase install ID, not an orob account ID. Crash diagnostics do not include your mobile number, name, email, text you type, precise location, or calculator values in the extra details attached to a report. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with advertisers. Crashlytics retention and deletion follow its service controls.
Usage data. To fix problems and understand which parts of orob are useful, we collect information about how the app is used (for example, which screens you open and how long a session lasts) in Analytics, under a salted pseudonymous ID derived from your account. When you sign up, usage recorded on this device before you signed up is linked to the same pseudonymous ID. Analytics uses only country-level location derived from your connection. Approximate location is used only when you tap Near me, to list the cities nearest you so you can find the dealers closest to you. It is sent once to our server while you are signed in, is linked to your account for that request, and is not stored. None of this data includes your mobile number, name, or the values you type into calculators, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers. Usage data is processed for us by Google Firebase. The pseudonymous ID is cleared from your device when you sign out or delete your account, and later events are not linked to a deleted account. Analytics events are kept for 2 months, and raw Analytics exports in BigQuery expire after 60 days. We keep daily aggregate metrics, which contain no user or app-instance identifiers, indefinitely.
You can delete your account in the phone app under You, then Delete account. This removes your orob profile, cities, metals and alert settings, watchlists, hidden products, the record of dealer websites you opened, and the feedback and voice notes you sent. It also deletes your sign-in (mobile number and password) so the number can register again; if you also use that number to sign in to a dealer's storefront on orob, that sign-in is deleted too. We keep a record that the account was deleted and when, and records of one-time codes sent to your number for 90 days to prevent abuse. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your account and expire as described above.
